In April 2026, I had the honour of joining world-renowned trauma expert Dr Bessel van der Kolk (USA), Author of The Body Keeps the Score, on his sold-out Australian tour. Presented by Mind Medicine Australia and Activate Media Events, the workshops drew over 7,000 people across Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne — exploring the neuroscience of trauma, attachment, and body-centred paths to healing.
I performed alongside trauma educator Licia Sky and musician Benny Holloway, lending voice and music to help participants connect with breath, creativity and emotional integration throughout each full-day workshop. It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful exploration of trauma, healing and human potential.
